Range of activity

Industrial buildings:

Designs for the industry and commerce are our specialty. Our workers and contractors form a group of designers with extensive experience gained in the performance of many different projects. Each design is prepared under the supervision of experience designers who adjust the structural and architectural solutions to meet the needs of the customer and his business operations.

We design:
A. industrial buildings and cold stores;
B. large-surface retail and wholesale buildings;
C. production and processing buildings.

We prepare comprehensive, multi-discipline designs for processing and industrial facilities. Also, we accept orders for preparation of appropriate detailed designs and workshop drawings for the performance of projects, based on building designs.

Engineering structures:

Our knowledge about structures and building mechanics enables us to design special engineering structures. We design engineering structures built both as reinforced concrete structures, masonry structures, and frame or spatial structures.
We also design foundations for areas with difficult geological ground. We are ready to design landings, support structures for overhead cranes, stacks, etc.
One of our greatest achievements is a design of the support structure for air conditioning system in the attic of the historical building of the Poznań University.
We have also gained a lot of experience in glass covers, e.g. on the following projects:
- the courtyard in the Old Brewery shopping center in Poznań;
- the courtyard in the Czartoryscy Museum in Krakow.

Residential buildings

Working for individual customers is a source of plenty of positive emotions for us. Before we start the design stage, we make sure to establish good contacts between the designer and the customer so as to be able to learn what the customer's expectations and ideas concerning the new home are. Residential buildings must most of all fulfill the needs of their inhabitants and must take into account the specific landscape in the area where they are located.
We work with experienced designers who have extensive experience and appropriate knowledge for designing both small residential houses and large mansions or residential building complexes.
Upon request of our customers, we help them conduct the entire building process, from the initial stage involving the issue of development conditions and building permits, through selection of appropriate contractors, to supervision of the construction process until its completion.

Technical evaluations

Because building is our passion, we perform analyses and evaluations of technical condition of various buildings and engineering structures. We can issue assessments of residential buildings for buyers prior to purchase. We also have extensive experience in inspecting, analyzing, and optimizing of structural solutions at the design stage but also during construction works.
We provide consulting services for companies in the area of design works and evaluation of the quality of construction works. Upon the customer's request, we also perform supervision of project performance.
